Aircraft Demolition is filling an important business need, creating jobs, reducing our environmental impact, and returning valuable resources to the market when an aircraft are processing aging and reached the end of its economic life, it will be withdrawn from service. SMR provides services for Demolition, Disassembly and Part-out to customers Depending on our customers need but we can disassemble and recycle a complete aircraft within 2 – 3 weeks. All necessary precautions are taken in order to prevent any environmental contamination.

SMR established comprehensive TSM program for the biggest aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) in Malaysia. The program controls the distribution, sale, maintenance and disposition of scrap or salvageable aircraft engines, aircraft propellers, and aircraft parts and waste without sacrificing environmental issue.

Any aircraft will inevitably produce waste during its production, its lifetime, its components and at its E.O.L components from jet engines include manufacturers such as CFM, GE, Honeywell, IAE, Pratt & Whitney, Rolls Royce, and Garrett and etc.

SMR can destroy, destruct and mutilate any aircraft components from the scrap parts, segregate piece by piece valuable components and materials completely being environmentally responsible and taking a “ go green” approach to business is both practical and profitable.

We destroy and mutilate all component parts via TSM program in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and in full compliance with FAA rules as follows:

  •      Cutting the part directly with a Plasma torch
  •      Shredding the parts through our HAMMEL Shredder with Magnetic Separator and Discharge Conveyor.
  •      Dismantling the part piece by piece
  •     Eliminate the liability of parts being reused with our 100% recycle rate.
  •     Certificate of Destruction supplied upon request.
