Our primary focus is to add to and increasing the value of the scrapped and waste materials through Total Scrap Management (TSM) solutions and recognized documentation on traceability. Through our expertise, knowledge, experience and network we offer profitable TSM processing solutions to our clients. Our knowledge of materials in the aviation industry, means the TSM Program is capable to segregate scrapped metal and process and transport them to increase this value throughout the process. TSM program has a network to provide services swiftly, improving value and decreasing cost and burden on our clients.

- TSM program is to source for higher value with a benchmark market price for metal – super alloy, aluminium, stainless steel, high nickel based scrap, titanium, platinum, gold, various kind of plastic, waste jet fuel, E-waste products, etc
- We deliver direct to the major Super Alloy Scrap agent in US, established Precious Metal Refinery in UK or other similar reputable metal refinery in the region, and local foundry (if any). For non-metal scrap our program is able to cover disposition cost and even return nominal profit
- TSM program will assist client to clear obsolete inventory, and it will reward client with potential cost saving in rental where warehouse inventory space is largely reduced. TSM program will turn client’s warehouse into temporary processing area and staging area
- TSM program does not require client to pay any management fee to take advantage of the full range of service. TSM program is operating based on self-funding profit sharing (after deducted direct expenses) and it is transparent with open-book concept.

- TSM program educates client’s existing warehouse personnel to segregate scrapped parts at source. The program enhances client’s ability to recall valuable recyclable engine scrap and blades from MRO. Scrapped parts recalled from MRO can ship direct to our mutilation centre at other location, without jamming client’s warehouse
- TSM program will guarantee mutilation and generate good value for aviation grade materials. The TSM program can provide collection bins / containers for these parts.. Mutilation certificate completed with mutilated parts photo and in serial number is possible.
- In case parts are scrapped at client’s warehouse (witnessed by client’s assignee), then paperwork is fully completed and traceable, the program will save cost by not raising mutilation certificates
- TSM program is carried out in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and in full compliance with FAA rules

SMR can destroy, destruct and mutilate any aircraft components from the scrap parts, segregate piece by piece valuable components and materials completely being environmentally responsible and taking a “ go green” approach to business is both practical and profitable. All materials treated through our TSM process are documented and TSM will provide a traceable certificate of mutilation for intricate materials with precious metal and other material mixes. We destroy and mutilate all component parts via TSM program in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and in full compliance with FAA rules as follows:
- Cutting the part directly with a Plasma torch
- Shredding the parts through our HAMMEL Shredder with Magnetic Separator and Discharge Conveyor.
- Dismantling the part piece by piece
- Eliminate the liability of parts being reused with our 100% recycle rate.
- Certificate of Destruction supplied upon request.
